The tool is organized into a set of sequential steps. Each step corresponds to a block by topic (for example, identification data, addresses, economic activity, etc.). 

The “Service for processing form 036 (WEB Census) for individuals (Initial registration, Deregistration or Change of address)” is designed to be dynamic: The questions and sections displayed are adapted based on the user's responses, allowing only the content relevant to each specific case to be displayed.
