If the user is already registered in the Census of employers, professionals, and withholding agents and wishes to request their deregistration, they can do so by accessing the "Deregistration" section, when the following screen is displayed:

The user must access the option "Unsubscribe from the census of employers, professionals, and withholding agents," select the "Reason for withdrawal," and indicate the "Effective date of withdrawal."

In case the reason for discharge be the death of the person required to declare, the system will offer the possibility of reporting the identification data of the successors, by selecting the option: Would you like to report any successors?

To incorporate the data of the successors, the registration icon with the symbol will be used (+) High (new record).

If you want to add more than one successor, you must press again the registration icon with the (+) symbol High (new record), to enter the data of the new successor.

In some cases, such as death, it will be necessary to present supporting documents. In these cases, the receipt received by the taxpayer will indicate that the submission will not be valid until the required documentation has been submitted and verified.

To send this documentation, you can access it with an electronic certificate, DNIe either Key to the "Provide additional documentation" option, which will be linked to the declaration by the file number or electronic reference.
