4.3. Modification of address data

If the user is already registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents and wishes to modify only their address, they can do so by accessing the section “Data Modification”, where the following screen will be displayed:

In the next tab "Homes", the user must check or, if necessary, modify the data of the tax domicile, and you can add other addresses if required.

At the end, you will be asked if you want to add a specific address. to receive notifications or one for administrative management, other than the tax domicile.

Addresses tab

The “ tab“Domiciles” It is divided into three main sections:

  1. Tax Address.

    This field will appear already completed with the data that appears in the Tax Agency database (AEAT) for the NIF corresponding. They may be modified if necessary.

    Tax address fields: 

    • Type and name of the public road

    • House number, entrance, staircase, floor, door

    • Address complement

    • Town/City

    • Municipality

    • Zip code

    • Province

    • Cadastral reference (if available).

  2. Address to receive notifications

    The system asks: Do you want to add a different address to the tax office to receive notifications?

    • It should only be indicated if it is different from the tax address.

    Important

    • In procedures initiated at the request of the interested party, notifications will be made at the address indicated or, failing that, at the tax address.

    • In ex officio procedures, notifications may be made at the tax domicile, at the workplace, at the place where the economic activity is carried out or at any other appropriate location.

    About PO boxes:

    • The notification shall be deemed to have been made after 10 calendar days from deposit at the post office.

    • The use of this medium requires that the interested party has expressly indicated it as their preferred channel.

  3. Administrative management address

    The system asks: Do you want to add a different address to the administrative management tax address?

    • It must be indicated only if it is different from the tax address.

    • In the case of Resident individuals who mainly carry out activities, may indicate the address where the administrative management and direction of the activities carried out are effectively centralized.
