7.2. Example 2: Change of address

When you access Censos WEB, the application checks whether you are already registered in the census of entrepreneurs, professionals or withholding agents; In this case, it only offers the possibility of reporting the withdrawal from the census due to the cessation of activities or change of address.

Through the option ““Data Modification” and access the section “Modification of identification data or address”, you will be able to access the corresponding tabs: “Addresses” and “Identification data” to make the necessary changes.

In the “ tab“Domiciles”, You will be able to:

• Change your tax address.

• Add an address for receiving notifications and an administrative management address, different from the tax address.

Once the modifications have been made, select the option "Validate statement” to verify and correct possible errors. Finally, you will proceed to submit the declaration by clicking on “Submit a statement”.

• Go out: Return to the beginning or cancel the presentation.

• Validate declaration: Check and correct any errors or missing information before submitting the model. Remember that if the information declared requires documentary proof, a warning will appear on the submission receipt.

• Export: Save the information in a file for later import into the 036 form.

• Preview: Generates a PDF with the preview of the model to be presented. You will need a PDF document viewer to view it.

• Submit declaration: Submit the completed statement.
