7.3. Example 3: Deregistration from the Census of Business Owners, Professionals and Withholders (this may also mean deregistration from the census of taxpayers).
When you access the WEB Census, the application automatically checks whether you are already registered in the Census of Business Owners, Professionals, and Withholders. If so, the option to communicate the drop in the census due to cessation of activities or change of address.
The withdrawal option should only be used when you cease all business and/or professional activities and cease making withholdings or deposits on account.
Select the option “Low” and access the section “Unsubscribe from the census of employers, professionals, and withholding agents”.

In the corresponding tab you must:

Select the cause of the discharge, choosing from the available options.

Indicate the effective date of discharge (date on which the activity ceases).

If the cause is the death, the system will ask if you want inform of successors. By checking this option, you will be able to add your data using the icon (+) High (new record). If there are several successors, the process will be repeated.

Once the cancellation is complete, select the option "Validate statement” to verify and correct possible errors. Finally, you will proceed to submit the declaration by clicking on “Submit a statement”.
In some cases, it will be necessary attach supporting documentation. The receipt will indicate that the withdrawal will not be valid until the documentation is submitted and verified.
Documentation can be sent through the "Provide additional documentation”, accessing with an electronic certificate, DNIe either Key, and will be linked to the declaration by the file number or electronic reference.
