7. Previous or current inclusion in any of the Special Systems

This section must be completed when the declarant, previously or currently, has been or is registered in any of the special regimes applicable to the provision of services, distance sales of goods and certain deliveries of goods, whether in Spain or any other Member State of the European Union. If so, for each regime and for each Member State of identification, the operator number assigned for each of the regimes and for each State must be entered.
