Modification of the system registration

By selecting the “Modification” option as the cause of presentation, the current registration data will be loaded in the special regimes applicable to the provision of services, distance sales of goods and certain deliveries of goods - Regime outside the Union.

Fields marked in red must always be completed, even if they are subject to modification.

Regarding those not marked in red, only those sections whose content is to be modified with respect to those previously recorded in the declaration of registration in the regime or in previously submitted modifications must be completed.

You can consult the instructions for completing form 035 “Registration” in relation to the content to be entered in the sections that are modifiable.

The following sections cannot be modified:

1. Reason for submission

The “Modification” value is not modifiable.

2. Filer

The fields “Operator Number in the regime (NEUOSS)” and “Surname and first name or company name” are not modifiable
