Modification of the system registration

By selecting the “Modification” option as the cause of presentation, the current registration data will be loaded in the special regimes applicable to the provision of services, distance sales of goods and certain deliveries of goods - Import regime as a declarant.

The fields marked in red must always be completed, even if they are subject to modification.

Regarding those not marked in red, only the sections whose content will be modified with respect to those previously recorded in the declaration of registration in the regime or in previously presented modifications must be completed.

You can consult the instructions for completing form 035 of “Registration” in relation to the content to be entered in the sections that are modifiable.

The following sections are not modifiable:

1. Reason for submission

The “Modification” value is not modifiable.

2. Filer

The fields “Act through an intermediary”, “NIF” and “Surname and first name or company name” are not modifiable.

3. Intermediary details

The fields “Identification number as an intermediary in the Import Regime (NIOSSIn)”, “NIF” and “Surname and first name or company name” are not modifiable.

If you wish to change the intermediary, you must request deregistration from the regime and then request registration again through the new intermediary.

6. Change country of identification

It is not allowed to modify this section.
