Modification of the system registration

By selecting the “Modification” option as the cause of presentation, the current registration data will be loaded in the special regimes applicable to the provision of services, distance sales of goods and certain deliveries of goods - Import regime as an intermediary.

The fields marked in red must always be completed, even if they are subject to modification.

Regarding those not marked in red, only the sections whose content will be modified or added with respect to those previously recorded in the declaration of registration in the regime or in modifications previously presented must be completed.

You can consult the instructions for completing form 035 of “Registration” in relation to the content to be entered in the sections that are modifiable.

The following sections are not modifiable:

1. Reason for submission

The “Modification” value is not modifiable.

2. Identification of the intermediary

The fields “Intermediary identification number (NIOSSIn)” and “Surname and first name or company name” are not modifiable.

6. Change of Identification Country

Modifying this section is not allowed.
