9. Previous or current inclusion in any of the special procedures

This section must be completed when the declarant, previously or currently, has been or is registered in any of the special regimes applicable to the provision of services, distance sales of goods and certain deliveries of goods, whether in Spain or in any other Member State of the European Union. If so, the operator number assigned for each of the schemes and for each Member State of identification must be entered for each scheme and for each Member State.

If a change of Member State of identification is communicated in paragraph 6, it must be included in this paragraph 9.
