1.8.2 Practical Manual

The State Tax Administration Agency puts at your disposal the Practical Manual for the declaration of Corporate Tax and Non-Resident Income Tax corresponding to taxpayers for this tax who obtain income subject to it through permanent establishments and entities under the regime of attribution of income constituted abroad with presence in Spanish territory, prepared by the Department of Tax Management.
