2.6.1.18 Reciprocal guarantee or re-guarantee company

Mutual guarantee companies regulated by Law 1/1994, of March 11, must enter this code. These companies must use pages 49 to 54 instead of pages 3 to 11, corresponding to financial statements.

The reguarantee companies also regulated in Law 1/1994 must also mark this key.
