2.7.3.11 Obligation to provide information in DT 5 of the Corporate Tax Regulations (RIS)

This key will be entered by those taxpayers who are required to submit, together with their Corporate Tax return for the years in which they apply the deduction contemplated in the fourteenth transitional provision of the LIS , the information collected in the fifth transitional provision of the RIS .
