11.5.2.4 Date of registration of the corporate agreements in the Commercial Registry (page 23 of model 200)

The declarant must record, within the box provided for this purpose, the date of registration in the Commercial Registry of the corporate agreements that approved the merger, spin-off or exchange of securities to which the special regime is applied.
