4.1.4. Additional

If you are submitting a supplementary declaration, mark with an "X" the box reserved for this purpose and indicate the amounts to be paid from previous self-assessments or administrative settlements of the Wealth Tax for the year 2025. This form should only be used to submit a supplementary declaration for the 2025 tax year. The result of the supplementary declaration will, in any case, be an amount to be paid greater than that resulting from the declaration submitted previously.
