13.2 APP - Cl@ve
Free application for smart mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) with iOS or Android operating systems. “Cl@ve” is a non-advanced electronic signature and authentication system.
In order to use the application, prior registration in Cl@ve is required. If you are not registered and you try to activate the mobile application with a NIF / NIE , the application will detect it and show said registration website.
Cl@ve is a system that allows natural persons to identify themselves to the Administration using agreed codes. It is a common platform for identification, authentication and electronic signature. It is based on the use of a code chosen by the user and a PIN communicated through the App or by SMS.
Once activated in the App, you can view the PINs generated as part of the access to different procedures using this form of authentication. Therefore, the PIN can be obtained easily, quickly and immediately. Its validity is limited in time, which makes it more secure.
When using the application, permission to access multimedia files is requested to access documentation generated during the execution of the procedures.
