Virtual assistance tools

The electronic headquarters of the AEAT incorporates a set of virtual assistance tools for Income, Censuses, VAT , SII , Non-residents, Collection and Customs and Special Taxes.

These are innovative services available to citizens that allow them to make enquiries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All this without having to travel or contact the offices of the Tax Agency.

The virtual assistants and the informants allow you to ask questions to the specialists of the Comprehensive Digital Administration (ADI) via chat from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The response is immediate and will complement the information obtained in the tools. To access the chat, once you have received the response from the assistant/informant, you will answer “No” or “Yes, but I want additional personalized information” to the question Have you obtained the information you needed?

For issues that require further analysis, the 'Informa+' service allows, if you are duly identified, with Cl@ve, electronic certificate or power of attorney, to make written requests for tax information to the Agency. Tax in matters of VAT , SII , Censuses, IAE and Non-Resident Income Tax. The response will be available in “My Files” on the Tax Agency’s electronic site, after a notification has been sent to the person requesting the request.

Finally, if the response obtained from the virtual assistants/informants contains the necessary information, if you have a Cl@ve or electronic certificate and indicate an email address, you can obtain a personalized written copy of the conversation held.
