6.1.1.3 Accounting

In the Special Manufacturing Taxes, the maintenance and, in some cases, the telematic contribution, of a specific accounting that includes the movements of the products subject to the special tax is required.

The accounting must be subject to prior authorization by the managing office in whose district the corresponding establishment is located. The owners of factories, fiscal warehouses and fiscal warehouses are required to present it electronically.
