Spanish sports federations (G)

(Law 39/2022 of December 30 on Sport and Royal Decree 1835/1991 of December 20, on the regulatory development of the Law on Sport. Law 49/2002 of December 23, on non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage)

  • Original and photocopy of the founding document, signed by the promoters and granted before a Notary, and of the Statutes, which must be published in the BOE or in the case of the Autonomous Communities as required by the regulations of the corresponding Autonomous Community.
  • Certificate of registration in the Register of Sports Entities of the Higher Sports Council or of the Autonomous Community.
  • Photocopy of the NIF of the person who signs the census declaration, who must be a manager or a representative. If the interested party appears before the Tax Authority, it will not be necessary to provide a photocopy of the NIF, provided that the interested party authorizes the AEAT bodies to verify their identity data.
  • Original and photocopy of the document that proves the status of the person who signs the census declaration.
