Due to the entry into force of Law 11/2007 on electronic access by citizens to Public Services, a series of options for consulting and modifying data from the census of taxpayers and the census of business owners, professionals and withholding agents have been developed and implemented in the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency. The initial implementation date was December 15, 2009.
The aim is to improve the census of taxpayers as a whole, promoting the submission of census declarations, so that they serve as an aid to census maintenance and purification.
In this regard, in the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency there is the option “My census data”.
This “My census data” option allows access via electronic DNI , valid electronic certificate or system Cl@ve to the user's census data, which appear in the files of the Tax Agency.
