g. Informing the court or the tribunal of the termination of the procedure

When a mutual agreement procedure is concluded and there are domestic appeals pending, whether or not they have been suspended, the Spanish competent authority will, without delay, inform the relevant economic-administrative Tribunal or court of the conclusion of the procedure, so that it may conclude or continue with the pending appeal.
