Deductions not applied in the year due to insufficient quota

Regulations: Fourth transitional provision of Law 19/1994, of July 6, modifying the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the Canary Islands

With effect from January 1, 2015, the fourth transitional provision of Law 19/1994 has been modified by Royal Decree-Law 15/2014, of December 19, modifying the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the Canary Islands (BOE of the 20th). to establish that the amounts not deducted (including the balances of deductions pending application as of January 1, 2015) may be applied, respecting the limits that apply, in the settlements of the tax periods that end in the 15 years immediate and successive.
