Amortization: tax-deductible provisions for the year

Depreciation is one of the deductible expense items in determining the accounting result .

The amortization of tangible and intangible fixed assets and real estate investments that correspond to the effective depreciation suffered by the different elements due to operation, use, enjoyment or obsolescence are deductible.

The tax deductibility of amortizations, in accordance with the provisions of article 12 LIS and articles 3 to 7 of its Regulations, is subject to compliance with a series of requirements and general rules that are examined in the following sections:
