Index 5. Organic farming activities

The index 0.95 will be applied when the production meets the requirements established in Regulation ( EC ) 834/2007, of the Council of June 28, 2007 on production and labeling of organic products and which repeals Regulation ( EEC ) No. 2092/1991, in its specific implementing regulations and in the current legal regulations of the corresponding Autonomous Communities on organic production and is correspondingly accredited by its organic operator certificate.
