For obtaining subsidies or aid to alleviate the impact caused by inflation during the year 2023

Regulations: Art. 3 quinquies of the Revised Text of the legal provisions of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands on taxes transferred by the State, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2014, of June 6

Amount and requirements for applying the deduction

  • The amount of this deduction will be the result of applying the average regional tax rate to the amount of the subsidy or aid included in the regional part of the general taxable base (box [0533] of the declaration).

  • These must be subsidies or aid granted by the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands that aim to alleviate the impact caused by inflation during the year 2023.

  • Furthermore, these subsidies or aid must not in any case form part of the taxpayer's income from economic activities.
