2024 Income Tax Campaign Support Services

The State Tax Administration Agency offers taxpayers the following assistance services for the 2024 Income Tax Campaign :

WEB RENT. On the Tax Agency's Electronic Office on the Internet (http://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es), by accessing "Income Campaign 2024 " through the "Draft / Declaration Processing Service (Renta WEB)", you can obtain your draft declaration, modify and/or confirm it, as well as complete and carry out the electronic filing of the self-assessment. 

To access this service you need an electronic certificate or electronic ID , Mobile Cl@ve (includes Cl@ve PIN) or the reference number that the taxpayer must previously request from the RENØ Service (reference number) or obtain it through the Tax Agency App .

RENT INFORMATION . By phone 91 554 87 70 or 901 33 55 33 (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Personalized attention to clarify any doubts you may have when completing your income tax return.

Through the Virtual Income Tax Assistant, accessible all year round at the Agency's headquarters on the Internet, which offers answers to queries made in natural language. If the taxpayer needs more information, he/she can access a chat service available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and attended by specialists from the ADI .

ASSISTANCE AND APPOINTMENT FOR RENT 2024 . To prepare the Income Tax Return 2024 :

  • By phone "We call you" from the Tax Agency from May 6 , with appointments from April 29 to June 27 2025 by any of the following ways :

    • Internet, at the Tax Agency's Electronic Office or in the Tax Agency App.

    • Telephone 91 553 00 71 or 901 22 33 44 (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Personalized attention.

    • Telephone 91 535 73 26 or 901 12 12 24 (automatic, 24 hours).

  • In offices of the Tax Agency and collaborating entities (such as autonomous communities and cities with a Statute of Autonomy) from 2 June, with appointments available from 27 June 2025 by any of the following methods :

    • Internet, at the Tax Agency's Electronic Office or in the Tax Agency App.

    • Telephone 91 553 00 71 or 901 22 33 44 (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Personalized attention.

APP "TAX AGENCY ". From a mobile device and by downloading the free "Tax Agency" app, taxpayers will have direct access to various procedures and the Renta WEB service to file their 2024 Income Tax return .
