Phase 2: Determination of reduced net income

Regulations: See Annex II and instruction 2.2 of the aforementioned Annex II Order HFP /1359/2023, of December 19 ( BOE of December 21).

The reduced net return is the result of reducing the previous net return by the amount of the employment and investment incentives, as set out below:
