Support services for the 2025 Income Tax Campaign

The State Tax Administration Agency provides taxpayers with the following support services during the Income Tax Campaign 2025:

WEB RENT. At the Tax Agency's electronic headquarters on the Internet (http://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es), accessing "Rental Campaign 2025Through the "Draft/Declaration Processing Service (Income Tax WEB)", you can obtain your draft declaration, modify and/or confirm it, as well as complete and carry out the electronic submission of the self-assessment. 

To access this service you need an electronic certificate or ID card electronic, Mobile Cl@ve or the reference number that the taxpayer will have to request beforehand from the RENØ Service (reference number) or obtain it through the Tax Agency app.

RENT INFORMATION . On the phone 91 554 87 70(Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Personalized attention to clarify any doubts you may have when completing your income tax return.

Through the Virtual Income Tax Assistant, accessible all year round at the Agency's headquarters on the Internet, which offers answers to queries made in natural language. If the taxpayer needs more information, he/she can access a chat service available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and attended by specialists from the ADI .

ASSISTANCE AND APPOINTMENT FOR RENTAL 2025. To prepare the income tax return 2025:

  • By phone "We'll call you" from the Tax Agency from the May 6, with appointments available from April 29th until June 29 of 2026 by one of the following roads:

    • Internet, at the Tax Agency's Electronic Office or in the Tax Agency App.

    • Phone 91 553 00 71(Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Personalized attention.

    • Phone 91 535 73 26(automatic, 24 hours).

  • In offices of the Tax Agency and collaborating entities (such as autonomous communities and cities with Statutes of Autonomy) since June 1st, with appointments available from May 29th until June 29 of 2026 by one of the following roads:

    • Internet, at the Tax Agency's Electronic Office or in the Tax Agency App.

    • Phone 91 553 00 71(Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Personalized attention.

APP "TAX AGENCY ". From a mobile deviceBy downloading the free "Tax Agency" application, the taxpayer will have direct access to various procedures and the Income Tax WEB service to file their Income Tax return. 2025.
