Art. 6 Royal Decree-Law 4/2022, of March 15: Holders of agricultural holdings registered in the General Register of Livestock Holdings regulated by Royal Decree 479/2004, of March 26, or in the General Register of Agricultural Production regulated by Royal Decree 9/2015, of January 16, with registered office and tax domicile in Spain, whose incorporation date is prior to March 1, 2022 and whose income comes from at least 50% of agricultural activity in the year prior to the submission of the application, or in the three years prior to the application taking into account the average data, unless they started agricultural activity within the three years prior to the call. Please note that, with entry into force on January 30, 2025, the Third Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 1/2025, of January 28, has extended the application of the support measures to the agricultural sector contemplated in Title IV of Royal Decree-Law 7/2024, to the productions, plots, agricultural holdings and elements affected by them in the province of Valencia that, having been seriously affected by the DANA, are not located in the area of the municipalities provided for in Article 23 of said Royal Decree-Law. |

Art. 3. 1a) Royal Decree 388/2021, of June 1: Owners of agricultural holdings registered in the General Register of Livestock Holdings regulated by Royal Decree 479/2004, of March 26, or in the General Register of Agricultural Production regulated by Royal Decree 9/2015, of January 16, who have obtained at least 25% of their income from agricultural activities in the year prior to submitting the application, or in the three years prior to the application taking into account the average data, and subscribe to guarantees with SAECA within the framework of loans with financial entities guaranteed by said entity. The requirement to obtain at least 25% of their income from agricultural activities, or in the three years prior to the application date, taking into account the average, will not apply to farm owners who began agricultural activity within the three years prior to the call for applications. And that they meet the requirements of their art.4. For the purposes of the provisions of article 71 and of this Tax, these shall be understood to mean natural persons who own establishments open to the general public and who are included in section 4761 (Retail trade of books in specialized establishments) of the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE-2009) prior to the publication of Royal Decree-Law 7/2024. |

Amount:
* The specific amount of aid is determined in accordance with art.3.2. RD 684/2025. Aid will not be granted when the amount to be received by the beneficiary person or entity is less than 200 euros. Incompatibility of the aid: See Article 7 of Royal Decree 684/2025. |
Those eligible for this aid will be holders of combined agricultural insurance policies whose insured crops have suffered damage caused by the DANA storm. two modes: to) Policyholders relating to agricultural holdings located within the scope of application defined in accordance with Article 1 of Royal Decree-Law 6/2024 with the extension established by the Third Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 1/2025. b) Policyholders relating to agricultural holdings not included in the previous section that are located within the scope of application defined in the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of November 5, 2024, which declares "Area seriously affected by a civil protection emergency" by Order PJC/1222/2024, of November 6. In both cases, the beneficiaries must meet the requirements established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. |
NOTE: Please note that the total amount of de minimis aid granted by each Member State to a single entrepreneur may not exceed €25,000 over any three-year period (the year in which it was granted and the two preceding years).
