Autonomous Community of Extremadura

Taxpayers who in 2022 had their habitual residence in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura will be able to apply the following regional deductions:

  1. For the care of family members with disabilities

    (Arts. 5, 12 bis and 13 Revised Text of the legal provisions of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura on taxes transferred by the State, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2018, of April 10)

  2. For renting a habitual residence

    (Arts. 9, 12 bis and 13 Revised Text of the legal provisions of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura on taxes transferred by the State, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2018, of April 10)
