i) The ED 13 05 000 000 “Declarant”

The declarant is identified by a number EORI . However, if national legislation in that Member State does not require individuals to be registered in the EORI system, the ED 13 05 017 000 (identification number) is left blank, and ED is provided 13 05 016 000 (name) and ED 13 05 018 000 (address).
