2.2.3. What goods can be declared by customs declaration with the H7 data set?

In accordance with the provisions of article 143 bis of AD CAU , the customs declaration with the H7 data set can be used in the case of goods that meet the following conditions:

• that the goods included in a consignment are exempt from import duties in accordance with Article 23(1) or Article 25(1) of FRG ; and
• that the goods in that shipment are not subject to prohibitions or restrictions.
