2.2.3. Which goods can be declared using the customs declaration with data set H7?

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 143 bis From AD CAU , the customs declaration with data set H7 can be used for goods that meet the following conditions:

• that the goods included in a consignment benefit from an exemption from import duties in accordance with Article 23, paragraph 1, or Article 25, paragraph 1, of the RFA ; and
• that the goods in that shipment are not subject to prohibitions or restrictions.
