d. Exchange of electronic messages between postal services

Starting in 2021, the Universal Postal Convention will require that all goods transported within the framework of the postal flow be declared with electronic messages ITMATT as soon as the item is considered a good and when it is necessary to present customs declarations. These obligations will be imposed on all types of postal shipments.
