c. Waiver of the obligation to submit a prior declaration

Exported consignments whose value does not exceed 1,000 EUR and which are not subject to export duties, provided they are declared for export by any other act, benefit from a waiver of the obligation to submit a pre-departure declaration, in accordance with the provisions of Article 245, paragraph 1, letter g) of AD CAU .
