d. What data must be provided?

Pursuant to Article 141(4) bis, from AD CAU , the data on the transport document and/or invoice must be made available to and accepted by the customs authorities.

Within the framework of CAU a common set of data is not defined for the presentation of goods in the event of exportation in express shipments by any other act. The required data is determined by national customs authorities. These requirements may include, mainly, the data appearing in the transport document [air waybill house: expedidor (esto es, el exportador), nombre y dirección; destinatario (esto es, el importador), nombre y dirección; descripción de las mercancías, valor, número de paquetes y peso]. En caso de envío de una devolución, debe facilitarse asimismo la referencia de la declaración de importación o del conocimiento aéreo house de importación.
