This box should be ticked by insurance companies to which is compulsorily applicable the Accounting Plan for insurance companies approved by Royal Decree 1317/2008, of 24 July.

Entities ticking this box must complete pages 34 to 43 of Form 200 relating to Insurance Entities, instead of pages 3 to 11 of Form 200.
