Keep in mind:

The percentages entered in boxes [00625] to [00627] will be expressed with two decimal places.

In any case, the sum of boxes [00625] to [00629] must be 100 percent.

For the calculation of boxes [00625] to [00629] the following criteria will be followed:

  • Firstly, the percentages of the five Administrations will be expressed with two decimal places, rounding up or down the second decimal to the nearest decimal depending on whether the third decimal is equal to or greater than 5 or not, respectively.

  • Secondly, the percentages resulting from the previous operation will be added.

If the total equals 100, no adjustment will be made.

If the sum is not equal to 100, an additional adjustment will be made distinguishing two different situations:

    • When the sum is greater than 100 , the difference, in absolute terms, between the unrounded percentage and the percentage rounded to two decimal places will be found for each of the percentages. The percentage rounded up whose difference is greater will then be adjusted downwards, replacing the rounding up with a rounding down. If the calculated difference is exact for more than one figure, the percentage corresponding to the common territory must be adjusted until the sum of all of them is 100.

    • When the sum is less than 100 , the difference, in absolute terms, between the unrounded percentage and the percentage rounded to two decimal places will be found for each of the percentages. The percentage rounded down whose difference is greater shall then be adjusted upwards, replacing the rounding down with a rounding up. If the calculated difference is exact for more than one figure, the percentage corresponding to the common territory must be adjusted until the sum of all of them is 100.
