Box 00036 Mutual guarantee or counter-guarantee company

This box will be checked by mutual guarantee companies whose legal regime is regulated by Law 1/1994, of March 11, on the Legal Regime of Mutual Guarantee Companies.

The reinsurance companies regulated in the aforementioned Law 1/1994 must also tick this box.

These types of companies must complete pages 49 to 54 of Form 200 relating to Mutual Guarantee Companies, instead of pages 3 to 11 of said form.
