This box must be checked by general insurance mutual societies and social welfare mutual societies that pay corporate tax at the general tax rate of 25 percent established in article 29.1 of the LIS .

Entities that tick this box must complete pages 34 to 43 of Form 200 relating to Insurance Entities, instead of pages 3 to 11 of said form.
