Freedom to depreciate new tangible fixed assets
Article 12.3.e) of the LIS establishes a new assumption of freedom of depreciation for new tangible fixed assets that have little value specifically for those whose unit value does not exceed 300 euros, up to the limit of 25,000 euros referring to the tax period. If the tax period has a duration less than year, the limit indicated will be the result of multiplying 25,000 euros by the proportion between the duration of the tax period and the year.
