Submit tax returns
In this exercise, the Renta WEB application will not allow printing the declaration on paper for later submission (pre-declaration). Therefore, Income tax returns will be submitted:
- by electronic means : via the Internet, at the Electronic Headquarters of the State Tax Administration Agency,
- via phone ,
- at the offices of the State Tax Administration Agency upon request for an appointment , as well as at the offices authorized by the Autonomous Communities, cities with a Statute of Autonomy and Local Entities for filing the declaration.
If the declaration is enter it should be noted:
- The taxpayer may direct deposit the income or, failing that, obtain an NRC or generate an income document at the time of filing, which will allow him to pay the resulting amount.
- The taxpayer will be offered the option of splitting payments with direct debit for both periods
- If the taxpayer states that he or she does not wish to direct deposit at least the first installment or both, he or she must select one of the payment alternatives provided by the application before filing.
- The most important change resulting from the disappearance of the pre-declaration is the generation of the Document to be deposited in the Bank/Cashier, after confirmation and presentation of the declaration.
- Exercising this option involves filing a declaration with acknowledgement of debt and generation of a payment letter, with a voluntary payment period until July 1, 2019, the last day of the campaign.
- The taxpayer with a declaration to be paid, once the declaration has been submitted via this means, can make the payment of their payment letter in their Bank/Savings Bank or process a request for deferral or payment in instalments. It should also be noted that, when the first payment is split and made to the entity, using the Document to be deposited in the Bank/Cash Register, there will be no way to domicile the second payment to the entity. Therefore, the only way to pay the second installment will be through the Electronic Office until the end of the deadline (July 1).
The three options allowed to taxpayers with a tax return to file who do not wish to direct debit are:
- Document to be deposited in Bank/Cash register
- Through obtaining NRC
- Other payment methods
