Search for properties at auction
New functionality in app and electronic headquarters for the search for properties at auction and creation of a specialised telephone customer service.
The Tax Agency is making available to citizens a new system for searching for real estate included in its auction procedures, which are published through the Official State Gazette Portal.
This search engine has been designed to locate in a quick and easy way any property that suits the needs of the person concerned by filling in a series of filters, among which are the province where the property is located, the type of property or its valuation (consult here the leaflet). In addition, the properties can be searched through the "map" option, where anyone can find out the exact location of the properties through a geolocation system.
The new functionality also incorporates the possibility of saving selected properties as favourites to facilitate their retrieval in future accesses to the search engine, or even sharing them via instant messaging on mobile phones.
In addition, in the event that at any given time no property meets the criteria entered, an alert subscription system has been set up that will alert you when an auction that meets these criteria starts.
No authentication is required to access the consultation service.Subscription to the real estate notification system will require Cl@ve PIN to access from the app, while access via the electronic office can be done with Cl@ve PIN or with a certificate or electronic ID.(More information to Register in Cl@ve).
If the access is carried out from the Tax Agency app, it will only be necessary to click on "More information and procedures" on the main page of the app, where you will be able to access the search engine for properties at auction.(download the app) On the other hand, access from the Tax Agency's electronic headquarters must be made through the "Information and procedures" section and by selecting "Debts, seizures, embargoes and auctions". Once there, the link "Auctions (BOE Auctions Portal)" allows access to the new property search engine and the auction participation system.
The launch of this new functionality is in addition to the implementation of a specific telephone information and assistance service so that those interested in participating in the auctions can resolve their doubts throughout the procedure, from the moment they are interested until they become bidders or successful bidders.
The telephone agents will answer any questions that may arise before, during and after the auction. The telephone number to be called by anyone interested in obtaining information is 91 598 63 34, which will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday working days.
With these improvements, the Tax Agency is making progress in its strategy of facilitating procedures and formalities for as many taxpayers as possible and for all types of profiles, with a comfortable, modern and intuitive browsing model adapted to the needs of citizens.
