How and where to file the census declaration
Find out about the means available to present the model 030 declaration and what digital identification systems you need to present electronically
You can present form 030 in print or electronically through the Internet.
The presentation on paper must be made at the Delegation or Administration of the AEAT corresponding to your tax address at the time of presentation, either by direct delivery or by mail addressed to the management office of the aforementioned Administration or Delegation.
For presentation electronically over the Internet you can identify yourself with Cl@ve Mobile, or with certificate or DNI electronic. You can access in your own name or on behalf of third parties (social collaboration, power of attorney or succession).
In general, form 030 is completed individually.
You can only complete a single form , signed by both spouses , in the following cases:
-
When you communicate the change of tax address or address for notification purposes, and the aforementioned addresses are the same for both spouses; and
-
When both wish to simultaneously communicate the request for registration in the Taxpayer Census or request for NIF , the modification of the identification data or request a new card accrediting the NIF .
If you present form 030 jointly by both spouses electronically via the Internet, each spouse must have a valid user certificate that allows submission online, so they must have in advance NIF and be identified in the Census of Taxpayers. In the electronic presentation of a single declaration formulated by both spouses, one of the spouses must have previously been authorized by the other for the presentation of the form and this authorization must be registered in the Registry of Powers of Attorney.
