Where is it obtained?
The certificate can be requested and obtained at the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency, for which it is necessary to have one of the following electronic means of identification: Electronic identification certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve PIN.
For those who are not required to interact electronically, it can also be requested in person, at Delegations and Administrations of the Tax Agency. In this case, the certificate will be sent to the Unique Enabled Electronic Address (DEHú) and will be available at the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency. In addition, the certificate will be sent by postal mail according to the following priority:

To the address provided for this purpose in the application (in the case of applications filed with a Tax Agency Local Office)

To the address indicated for the purposes of notifications in forms 030, 036 or 037.

To the tax address.
It is recommended to book an appointment to avoid waiting. You can make an appointment request online in the Assistance and Appointment option or by calling 901 200 351 or 91 290 13 40.
If you want to modify or cancel the appointment, you must access the "Assistance and Appointment" service again. When you log in, the appointments already assigned will be shown with the corresponding option to modify or cancel them.
