Where do you get it?
The certificate can be requested and obtained from the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency, for which it is necessary to have one of the following electronic means of identification: Electronic identification certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve PIN.
For those who are not required to use electronic means, they can also be requested in person at the Tax Agency's Delegations and Offices. In this case, the certificate will be sent to the Single Authorized Electronic Address (DEHú) and will be available at the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency. In addition, the certificate will be sent by post in accordance with the following order of priority:

To the address provided for this purpose in the application (in the case of applications filed with a Tax Agency Local Office)

To the address provided for notification purposes in forms 030, 036 or 037.

To the tax address.
It is recommended to make an appointment to avoid waiting. You can request an appointment online using the Assistance and Appointment option or by calling 901 200 351 or 91 290 13 40.
If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment, you must access the "Assistance and Appointment" service again. When you log in, your already assigned appointments will be displayed with the corresponding option to modify or cancel them.
