Opening the PDF file with the browser disables the "generate code" function in the PDF form.

Therefore, you must follow these instructions to download and then fill in the PDF form:

  1. Download using any browser and save the PDF file at a local file directory.
  2. Open the PDF file with the option "Open with" in the PDF reader "Adobe reader".

If at any time the “Javascript is disabled" message appears, it must be enabled.

N.B.:When you open the PDF file with EDGE or Chrome, you will get the following warning or message:
"THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN ALTERED.It is not possible to open this document.Remember that the AEAT provides PDF documents "as is", and it is not permitted to make any modifications to their structure".
This warning is due to the incorporation in the PDF file of the code necessary to facilitate the completion of the model by the user, as well as to generate the Voucher Number and its barcode, so you should disregard this message, as it does not pose any security risk in this case.
