Where is it obtained?
- Electronically , for which it is necessary to have one of the following electronic means of identification: Electronic certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve PIN. You can also identify yourself using the reference number previously provided by the Tax Agency.
- Through the App of the Tax Agency
- Telephone upon request for an appointment. To request the certificate this way you must identify yourself with Cl@ve PIN
- In person at Delegations and Administrations of the Tax Agency upon request of an appointment. In this case, the certificate will be sent to the Unique Enabled Electronic Address (DEHú) and will be available at the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency. Additionally, the certificate will be sent by postal mail.
To obtain an appointment to request the Personal Income Tax certificate by telephone or in person, you can access the "Assistance and Appointment" section found on the home page of the Tax Agency's electronic headquarters.
You can also make an appointment by calling 901 200 351 or 91 290 13 40 or through the Tax Agency App.
If you want to modify or cancel the appointment, you must access the "Assistance and Appointment" service again. When you log in, the appointments already assigned will be shown with the corresponding option to modify or cancel them.
