Tax treatment of contributions received for taxpayers with a disability
The contributions made to the protected assets generate income from work for the person with a disability who owns said assets, under the following terms and conditions:

When the contributors are taxpayers of Personal Income Tax they will be considered work income up to the amount of €10,000 per year for each contributor and €24,250 per year together.

When the contributors are IS taxpayers, they will be considered work income as long as it has been a deductible expense in the Corporate Tax, with a limit of €10,000 per year. This limit is independent of the above.
These work income are exempt, up to a maximum annual amount of 3 times the IPREM .
Any part of the contributions which has the consideration of earned income for the recipient will not be subject to Inheritance and Donations Tax
