The answer is obtained immediately.

The downloaded file is in “.csv” format. It can be viewed in Excel. The fields are separated into columns and well identified. A first row is included, containing the names of all the columns; That is, a self-explanatory file is returned.

As they are structured data, they can be incorporated into automated systems of the receiving organization.
