1. Agency query: authorized persons and supplies New window

   It displays historical data on the authorized persons and supplies of the consulting Public Administration, provided that the organization is in an active status.

   The consulting public administration will be able to see at a first level a list of all the organisations that share the same entry NIF. For each of them, the scope (state, autonomous or local), the number of authorized persons (registered or deregistered), the number of authorized supplies, and whether it is attached (that is, if it is a department without its own NIF) or not are indicated.

   By clicking on the numbers included in the list, you can access the next level to obtain the details of the supplies that the organization has authorized or the list of public employees who appear registered or deregistered.

   In the list of public employees, the date of registration and, where applicable, the date of discharge, as well as the number of supplies to which they are authorized, are specified for each of them. As with agencies, clicking on this number will take you to the individual list of authorized supplies.

   To use this query, a Legal Entity Representative Certificate (PJ) or a Certificate of Representative of an Entity without Legal Personality (ESPJ) is required.

2. Citizen consultation of certificates issued to third parties

   When a public administration requests a certificate through the service for requesting tax certificates from third parties by public administrations, given that in any case it is covered by the prior consent of the interested party, the corresponding certificate will appear in "My personal area" in the "My files" section of said interested party in the electronic headquarters of the State Tax Administration Agency, for consultation by the interested party.
